Our goal is to ensure that every item you receive carries the sacred energy and purpose it was prepared with. However, we understand that issues can occur.
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

. The items was damage during shipping.

. The wrong product was sent.

. The items is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the spiritual nature of certain products (e.g., consecrated herbs, powders, or ritual iteelms), returns cannot be accepted once they have been used, opened, or activated.
