Our offerings are primarily spiritual servicers –including Ifà divination, consultations, retreats, and personalized works.
Because these services involve spiritual preparation and ritual materials, refunds can only be issued under specific conditions outlined below.

. You may cancel your scheduled consultation, session, or retreat within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to materials or preparation costs).

. Once the spiritual work or divination process has begun, no refunds can be issued.
